Woman and 5-year-old girl killed in fiery Tennessee car accident

A young child and a woman were recently killed in an extremely tragic car accident. According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, the 33-year-old woman apparently lost control of her vehicle. However, investigations to determine exactly what happened to cause the fatal car accident are ongoing.

According to authorities, the crash took place when the 52-year-old driver of a Chevrolet Equinox crossed over the center line and entered the opposite lanes of travel. A 27-year-old man who was driving a Dodge Neon was unable to avoid a collision with the other vehicle. The young woman who died in the accident was a passenger in the Neon.
